Telecom tower dynamic analysis

The telecom tower located in a seismic zone, in Myanmar. We have conducted a modal analysis procedure to determine the natural modes of vibration for the structure including the period of each mode, the modal shape vector, and the modal mass participation factor. The analysis included a sufficient number of modes to obtain a combined modal mass participation of at least 85%. The analysis for each direction under consideration was be based upon established methods of structural analysis. Cutt off mode shape has been set during the analysis, starting with 20 mode shapes which wasn't sufficient. Then the mode shapes has been increased to 55 which found to be enough to have combined modal mass participation of 85%.

We have followed TIA-222-G provisions for the procedure.
