We were in charge of the project management for both the designing phase and conctruction phase and also for structural engineering. We have organised and collaborated with other disciplines like architects, civil engineers and others for the bulding permits and contstruction drawings. Our principle engineer has represented the developer at the building permit phase. Our broad range of expertise helped te project to grow from land acquisition until building permissions. Our engineer has made also the structural design for both the building and foundations.
